Space International have completed the new home design named Deronda residence in the California. The Deronda residence is a new home located in the Hollywood Hills, California, just under the shadow of the Hollywood sign. This building is comprised of two overlapping rectangular volumes which hinge at the intersection of the public living areas and the private sleeping and bathing functions of the house. The exterior envelope wraps and undulates around these functions mitigating different degrees of privacy and exposure to the picturesque surroundings and skyline views.
