Architecture firms EJE Architecture was designed contemporary modern family home design called Robinson Residence, the house designed take advantage of the stunning coastal views and northerly aspect while still relating to the existing pool and garden.
This executive residence was designed with a high level of finish and detail both internally and externally. The family home was based around the footprint of the existing residence taking advantage of the stunning coastal views and northerly aspect while still relating to the existing pool and garden.
Divided over three levels, the entry level incorporates garaging, a study adjacent to the entry and bedrooms including a guest room with ensuite. The upper level has the main living, dining and kitchen space with vaulted ceilings capturing the northern aspect and views to Dixon Park beach.
The main living area opens up to a large deck with built in BBQ facilities. The master bedroom with walk in robe is also located on the upper level with great views to the south over Merewether.
A large entertainment room and bar occupies the lower level which opens onto a stunning garden, pool and covered outdoor entertaining area.
