LPA developed the existing house for demolition and replacement, into a modern contemporary house. The new building is a seven bedroom Neo-Georgian house located in the leading road on the private estate. The contemporary interior features an elliptical stairwell, industrial walnut and stainless steel Italian kitchen and high gloss tiled surfaces. The modern interior contrasts with the red brick exterior which is more consistent with its traditional context.
