Eggleston Farkas Architects was built of this Methow Small Cabin with hard-wearing wooden construction. The Methow Cabin is a very rural modernism, is well suited to its role as a stopover for cross-country skiers.

From the architects: A small retreat serving as a base for cross-country skiing and mountain biking, the cabin is aligned with they valley, opening at the ends to focus on the mountain views. The shed roof echoes the slope of the hills beyond, while allowing snow to slide past the protected entry. Designed by Eggleston Farkas Architects.
