This modern Osho Restaurant inspired by the Japanese bento box, a large bamboo frame organizes and contains the sushi counter’s elements while separating them from the surrounding activity. The frame’s simple large scale, and the luminous blue glass boxes it contains, quietly attracts attention within the busy airport. The design strives to be as carefully crafted, proportioned and organized as the food that is served.
