Australian architecture firm Edwards Moore designed this cool, contemporary living loft extension in Fitzroy, Melbourne. The largely open-concept home features decidedly high-end, luxurious-looking elements like concrete and reflective surfaces juxtaposed against the exposed oriented strand board furniture and built-ins. A contrast is created between sharp lines and rough surfaces. Reflecting a neutral palette – reclaimed limed timber, OSB, sisal, vic ash and white concrete floor. Joinery elements include the bookshelf, sliding mirrored gold box, and rotating wardrobe element which acts as wall.
