
This modern urban house building designed by Iwamoto Scott, this PS House is built on approximately 1200 square feet area. This building is used to be an old architecture in the dense San Francisco area which was renovated and transform into modern house. Created with height constraints, this house provide a strong building and great ventilation system ensure a good air circulation to the whole room. The interior spatial arrangement then seeks to take advantage of the building form thus generated. Lower level living spaces orient out to the courtyard, as does the second level bedroom. This wonderful house is completed with open space and a courtyard which is linked to the street. The sliding doors and windows are designed with a channel glass façade in steel frame. Rain screen siding and Ipe wood deck complete the look of this house. Pecanwood flooring is used to decorate the whole interior floor. White painted wall presents neutral color that would be ideal to be applied for any interior design. Via archdaily
