This modern design riverfront house is located on the Brisbane River in was designed as a family home for four. The design was largely influenced by two existing mature trees, a bottle tree to the street and a Poinciana towards the river.

Its open plan design and extensive glazed walls provide a strong connection to the landscape and the linear lap pool that runs along the northern alignment. The architecture consists of a clean planar form, a limited material palette and a series of simple spatial relationships. New Riverfront House designed by Cottee Parker Architects.
