This residence was built with materials that withstand the ocean environment with little or no maintenance. The outdoor spaces are designed to accommodate the client’s active social life and include an expansive auto court, entry walk with specialty fountains, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower and a generous pool terrace with a connection to the beach.
