A-cero Architects have designed this modern house design, the house called by “19 Housing”. Situated within the exclusive ‘La Finca’ estate in Pozuelo de Alarcon, Madrid, this home designed by A-cero Architects is one of the hundred luxury houses already built in this development.
The structure of the house is sunk within the sloping landscape of the site. The house’s facade, hard landscaping and swimming pool, are all clad in a pale travertine marble.
The garage and the service spaces are located within the basement of the house, while shared ‘public spaces’ such as the lounge, dining room and living room are on the ground floor.
