
These 21 new luxury loft condominiums building take advantage of spectacular light and glass walls architectural design and take advantage of city and river views. Brief, these building is located in the historic Tribeca neighborhood, a 140,000 SF former printing factory is being transformed into a mixed use commercial and residential building. On the upper floors, 21 new luxury loft condominiums will take advantage of spectacular light and city and river views. After an extensive review by the Landmarks Preservation Commission, a 10,000 SF duplex penthouse, sheathed in glass, will be added on the roof with 360 degree views of Lower Manhattan. The lower floors and ground level offer 30,000 square feet of retail and office space. A new lobby featuring bamboo paneling, polished plaster, and Indian slate floors will provide a new entry for this Tribeca address. Infrastructure improvements throughout include window replacement, facade restoration, and a new heating plant and cooling tower. This project completed 2008 by Rogers Marvel Architects.
