Luxury home design – Leftwich Residence is located off of Skyline Ridge in rural Multnomah County Oregon. It sits high above the Columbia and Willamette Rivers. The home was built in a scenic corridor on a natural preserve, without disturbing the site. The Leftwich Residence was constructed to replace the previous home on the property in the same location as the previous home, replaced the previous home on the property that was destroyed in a fire.
The new home incorporates a number of green and sustainable materials and practices including storm water storage and reuse. One of the greatest features of the home is its setting. The nine-acre site is surrounded by acres of forests. Designer: Giulietti/Schouten Architects.
