Cox Architects designed these two luxury houses in the harbourside suburb of Balmoral. The house have been designed as stepped low scale buildings in response to the very steep site contours and the need to maintain existing views on 3 sides of the site. The houses create strong inside to outside relationships between living areas and garden / terrace areas. Designed by Cox Architects.
