Guest and powder bathroom finishes, including a Vitraform glass pedestal, Kohler and Grohe fixtures, showers tiled in floor to ceiling limestone, natural stone floors and limestone or granite countertops, are equivalent to the quality seen in a high-end master bath. Espresso-hued, white oak flooring adds to the warmth of the living, dining, breakfast and kitchen areas and continue up the open-tread staircase, which is illuminated by LED lights.
