Contemporary House Renovation in Brisbane, Australia

This is a Pre 1945 “Queenslander” property located in Brisbane, Australia has been renovated and redesigned to a contemporary architecture. The changes were made prior to my purchase in 2006. My wife and I lived in the property for approx 6 months to get a feel for it and to come up with the eventual changes. The renovation saw the removal of all interior walls, which were “tongue and groove” and replacing them with square set plaster. Also replaced as a part of the build was all electrics, plumbing (including gas supply), windows and doors (with aluminium) and roof.
