This unique dining table incorporates the use of two antique riddling racks from France as its table surface. It was simply created by securing the racks to a bead blasted stainless steel base and topping it with clear glass. The stainless steel base provided a contemporary solution for the structure that was needed and let the racks stand alone as the unique table top. The originality of the piece results from a combination of the antique quality of the racks themselves, the filtered light that diffuses through them and the contemporary materials that create the structure.
