This remodeling project of a 1980s speculative office building and its conversion to the public parts of a medium sized soliicitors’ practice. The spaces include reception, waiting and conference facilities. A glazed and solid ash framed bespoke partition system was developed to enclose rooms, the main conference room incorporating the latest projection systems. The reception desk which forms an almost room like enclosure is polished stainless steel and walnut – materials which have a richness and longevity. Designed by Diamond Architects.

This 1000sq ft penthouse apartment floating above the roof of an undistinguished 1970s block of flats and accessed from block’s top floor by its own private staircase, it opens out as a glass-fronted, light-filled volume designed in two parts; a central open-plan living area and kitchen and a more enclosed space containing two bedrooms and a bathroom. The design gives the whole apartment spaciousness and flexibility, and the main living space capitalises on some astonishing views across London - Hampstead Heat to the west, the West End to the south and dome of St paul’s to the east. Wrapping around all the living accommodation is a large timber decked roof terrace, twice the size of the average London garden. By AEM STUDIO.

These Ludwig apartment is located in the penthouse of a concrete high-rise on Aquatic Park. Ludwig apartment building design to take advantage of the views looking north and south and the movement of the sun through out the day. The items of furniture for the bathrooms and kitchen that were free-standing as the walls were out of line. Walls palette decoration created a unique environment to relax in on a weekend.
Materials used are clear and etched 1/2″ glass, slabs of Black walnut, hand made mosaic tile walls, and gun blued steel. Designed by Craig Steely Architecture.

A warm winter home and a cool summer home design by AB+M Architects. These luxury homes posess an impressive volume of space and soaring ceilings. Passive design has ensured minimal reliance on air conditioning providing substantial energy savings. Further sustainable design principles have been incorporated in the form of skylights and louvers to ensure deep penetration of sunshine in mid-winter designed to warm the polished concrete floors during the day and re-radiate the warmth throughout the home of an evening. A warm winter home. The same design principles shape the architecture such that in mid-summer, no direct sun penetrates at all, leaving the same cool and creating beautiful breezes directed throughout the home by Ventury principle adjustable security louvers. A cool summer home. Positive air pressure breezes from the north east and negative air pressure on the opposite facade draws air throught the internal ’street’ of the void, ventilating all bedrooms and other spaces through the home with variable louvers. The east and west walls adjacent other buildings built to boundary minimise heat load.
A large proportion of this project was generated using existing materials of the original 1970\’s blook warehouse; the original concrete floor, steel gantry’s, structural walls, roof, side walls, existing loading dock was incorporated in the design. New materials included polished concrete blockwork, stone, tiles, steel stud farming, plasterboard and glass.

These smartly and comfortable interior design and architecture of Natasha Skin Care is building of healthy center located in Bandung, Indonesia and was designed by architect TWS & Partners. The interior was arrange with a white,creamy and goldish colour scheme to give an impression of clean, high tech, cozy and a touch of exclusivity.
The client want to make something iconic for the architecture as it will be launch as their first new building concept. The program will consist of huge lobby which also serve as a reception and waiting area, a drug store, doctor’s room and twenty two treatment room. The other requirement is service and storage area which have to be attached to the reception due to very high traffic between that two particular area.
Base on the function and other basic requirement we try to generate a design theme from the nature of human skin which is have a elastically and semi permeable character. The skin is analogize with the building “skin” which using a curtain wall using a laminated glass with a fabric inside, randomly mixed with some part using a mirror at the inside. This mix of material give a sense of vibrant and translucent quality as if it is a part of an outer surface of human skin. Via
