Beach House in Las Arenas by JAVIER ARTADI

This 2300 square foot small beach house located on beach 100 km south of lima, designed by JAVIER ARTADI. To achieve this, the architecs created a “great container box”, a space that integrates the living-dining room with the terrace within which diverse elements have been designed (conventional and nob conventional) that allow many usage options.

The volume has been strategically cut on some of its faces rectangular container to achieve control of sunlight and certain visual effects, and has deliberately been suspended over the lawn to accomplish the effect of weightless and freedom in the experience of its user: a city-dwelling couple and their three children.

This house also has bedroom and services areas surround the main volume. the kitchen and the main bedroom connect visually with the terrace swimming pool and, by extension, with the horizon.
